We process the account and contact information, event details, bookings and payment proofs you provide. Age and gender in the registration form are optional. Do not upload full card numbers, passwords or unrelated transaction details.

We use data to operate your account, manage and communicate about bookings, provide support and protect the platform. Marketing use requires the appropriate permissions; contact us to object to marketing.

The event organizer receives booking and contact information needed to manage your attendance and verify payment. We use providers for hosting, authentication, storage, email and monitoring, including Supabase, Vercel, Resend and Sentry. Processing may take place in other countries depending on those providers’ configurations.

If you allow optional analytics, tools configured through Google Tag Manager, such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, may measure usage. Avoid entering sensitive financial information in free-text fields. You can change your analytics choice using Privacy settings.

We use cookies for sign-in, language, your selected country and signup attribution. Optional Google Tag Manager analytics are loaded only after you allow them. You can also manage cookies in your browser.

To request access, correction, a copy of your data or account deletion, email info@nuqta.ist. We may need to verify your identity. We review deletion requests alongside active bookings, disputes and legal obligations and will explain any records that must be retained.
